Terms & Contitions
Eligibility Participants must be youths residing in Rivers State.
Registration
Registration is typically free, and participants must provide accurate and complete information.
Content Ownership
By participating, contestants grant the organizers the right to use their submissions, including videos, images, and other content, for promotional purposes.
Conduct
Participants must not engage in any behavior that could be considered harassment, spamming, or disruptive to the competition.
Termination
The organizers reserve the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the competition will be resolved through arbitration, with the organizers' decision being final and binding.
Governing Law
The competition will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
Cancellation and Removal Policy
1. Grounds for Cancellation or Removal
RegiThe Organizer reserves the right to cancel or remove a participant from the competition at any time if:
- The participant fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
- The participant provides false or misleading information.
- The participant engages in behavior that is deemed to be harassment, bullying, or discriminatory.
- The participant violates any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Notice of Cancellation or Removal
The Organizer will provide written notice to the participant of any cancellation or removal, stating the reasons for such action.
3. Payment Policy
In the event of cancellation or removal, the participant will not be entitled to a payment of any kind or other expenses incurred.
4. Effect of Cancellation or Removal
Upon cancellation or removal, the participant's access to the competition website and all related materials will be terminated.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in Port Harcourt.
By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
